Changelog V9c:
- tweaked passing to be slighlty faster then 9bNS, but also smoother
- improved through passes old style pes way
- cpu now at superstar even more manageable. Even when boosting itself in second part of the match
- Now you can do better counterattack and do more risky plays without cpu to exploit every mistake you make
- more fouls as cpu defenders are now a little be dumber

使用方法：
1、下载并解压
2、把里面的save文件夹放到：\eFootball\cpk里即可（另外建议做好原文件备份）
